Each and every organization face major challenges of making their employees realize to become the most efficient, for this one needs to embrace diversity. Diversity means understanding the fact that each and every individual is unique and recognizing the differences between the individuals. It is the art of exploring these differences in a positive environment. It is all about infusing power and strength amongst the people so as to increases the effectiveness of an organization.
