LEGAL SYSTEMS AND BUSINESS LAW 1.0 INTRODUCTION Business related trade agreements require the legal systems that are fast and efficient and necessary to protect their intellectual properties and its rights to freedom of religion. Critics say that the majority of the business claims are designed to harass the people it perceives as its enemies. Those businesses with much wealth have abused the federal court system by using it to destroy their opponents than to resolve actual disputes that has existed between them. This is normally over trademark trade agreements or any other existing legal matter constituting extraordinary, malicious, wanton and oppressive conduct. It is abundantly clear that the people sought to harass the individual defendants will destroy the businesses of defendants through massive litigation and other highly questionable litigation tactics. Facts should be looked at as to the general reasons undesirable for a judge to respond to criticism based on their own actions. Matters that pertain business trade agreements should be developed further to foster the administration of justice so as to prevent interference with pending litigation of other business ...

Its complexity and cost and how far it has to go to the recent reforms in the civil justice system.
