People tend to find their most private moments when asleep. It can be fairly said that sleeping constitutes one of the most important activities of man. Accordingly, humans spend a third of their life sleeping. Sleep is an altered state of consciousness the purpose of which is to give rest to the brain. Sleep is only good and beneficial to that it affords all of the brain and all of the body. If you but partially sleep then you are partially rested you may not realize, you may not know that is possible to sleep “partially”. One Rosierucian teacher who prepares these instructions had for years been able to visit-places of amusement or instruction and go to sleep, except so far as his hearing or his seeing may be concerned. ... Bedwetting is one of the most common types of sleep disorders. So common that people who experienced this type of sleep disorder tend to feel some degree of self-embarrassment if they have this type of sleep disorder. In a large sample of children ages 4 to 14, some 29 percent reported recent episodes of bedwetting. The problem is more common in younger children than in older ones. But a recent suggests 1 percent of the 14-year old still wet the bed with some frequency. Boys are significantly more likely to experience the problem than girls. Bedwetting tends to occur during non-REM sleep, and often happens during Stage 4 deep sleep. It may occur for many reasons, including stress, physical problems, and poor training. The behavior therapies of some help in solving problem.
