Stigmatization refers to the act of having unfavorable attitudes and beliefs towards someone in this is the HIVADS positive not breastfeeding mothers.

5. More PMTCT awareness campaigns for the entire community should be an integral part of any PMTCT program to help reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with not breastfeeding among HIV/AIDS positive mothers.
6. Importance of PMTCT programmes being to integral to broad based preventive, education , care and support programmers and that there should be more focus on the mothers and fathers of potentially infected infants.
