In most breaches of professional ethics, there is no infraction of any statute or law. Thus there are no remedies enforceable by law. This is unfortunate.

If it is to meet this great opportunity, education must be undergirded by understanding and support. Daniel Webster, on the other hand, said: “If we work upon marble, it will perish, if on brass, time will efface it; if we rear temples, they will cramble into dust; but if we work upon immoral minds, and imbue them with principles, with the just fear of God and love of our fellow-men, we engrave on those tablets something that will brighten to all eternity.” Aim of Education. The aim of education, in the words of one writer is or should be to teach us rather how to think, than what to think, to enable the mind to think for itself rather than to be led by the thoughts of other men.
