THE LAW AND BUSINESS CODES No individual can conduct himself in an ethical manner in line with high ethical standard unless he knows the law and faithfully complies with its provisions. While a businessman may be able to provide jobs to his employees and afford them with a source of income, nevertheless, if he pays them wages below the mandatory wage, he is not only guilty of violating the law but moreover commits a breach in ethical conduct.
