Nowadays in a competitive environment the performance of a manufacture does not depend upon its capabilities alone. It is significant for Toyota UK to recognize its suppliers and customers requirements. As one of the major motor car industry this company is dedicated to continuous improvement. Included in the car navigation structure is boosting the popularity worldwide to carry on to the technology Toyota has coped to stay on the competition. This report looked at its environmental analysis, how the industry has managed to stay at the top and lastly Porters Diamond Model which states that nations are more competitive than others.

... was on the 5th of December where we collected information we had and for the last part of the course work we gave ourselves three days to go and research information about Porters Diamond Model and the next meeting was on the 9th of December at the same venues. 9th December we discussed and compiled information about Porters Diamond Model. On 11th of January was the last meeting where we looked throw report and correct the final mistakes.
