Is the United States justice system flawed but fundamentally fair, or is it structurally racist?
Judicial system in any country is supposed to ensure that justice is administered properly and with fairness and equity. Unfortunately, judicial systems employed by many countries to administer justice and ensure that criminals are punished have reported various instances of failures. While in some countries the rate of these failures is negligible, in other states they are rather significantly successful.

The demographics involved make reforms a challenge politically given that Latinos and African-Americans are a minority (Thompson, 262). However, the softening of toughness on crime that has been experienced recently presents a good chance for change. The judicial systems should be made to ensure fairness and justice.
