Large universities face difficulties in managing student enrolment system due to increase in student numbers, who are distributed over multiple locations, and with reduced staff labels. Generally, re-enrolling or continuing students complete their enrolment or registration forms, journey to the university and stood in line for long hours, and wait to be served by the staff-in-charge, in fees assessment, accounting or cashier and in the registrar. These processes are time consuming for both staff and students. Currently, almost all educational institutions in the Philippines are utilizing the traditional manual system on the filling of enrolment forms, class scheduling, room assignment and issuance of official transcript of records. At TSC alone, having a large population of students, registration and enrolment process lasts for almost two weeks, utilizing the human power of its instructors and staff. In the course checking, the different problems encountered by students were rated as moderately serious with an average weighted mean of 3.32. In fees assessment, the different problems were rated as serious with an average weighted mean of 3.6. In the payment of fees in the cashier, the different problems were rated as moderately serious with an average weighted mean of 3.3 and a descriptive rating of moderately serious. In the issuance of classcards in the registrar, the different problems were rated as moderately serious with an average weighted mean of 3.19. In the issuance of ID/Library cards, the different problems were rated as serious with an average weighted mean of serious.
