3. Problems Encountered by the Respondents in availing the services from Civil Registrar’s Office
On Office equipment, “Lack of Facilities” got ranked 1 with frequency counts of 26 and the weakest indicator obtained ranked 4 with 2 and that is “Lack of Lighting”.
On quality of work, “Inadequate time to process the papers” got a total of 18 and obtained ranked 1 and the weakest indicator with 10 and obtained ranked 3 and that is, “Lack of interpersonal relationship in dealing with clients”.
On organization, “Lack of coordination between and among them” got ranked 1 with 25 and the weakest indicator,”Lack of attention from the administration with 7 and obtained ranked 3.
From the three components; (Office Equipment, Quality of Work and Organization.) “Lack of Facilities”, “Inadequate time to process the papers” and “Lack of coordination between and among them” were the problems encountered by the respondents in availing services from Civil Registrar’s Office.
