Rationale Laws are body of rules and regulations designed to govern the actions of men. It is considered as old as mankind. In today’s modern world, different people of different perspectives, opinions, belief and traditions are interacting with one another. More ideas are floating up in the air. Thus, people are much confused to whether what is right or wrong, as to where they will base their actions. Therefore, every organization or institution must set their specific policies, rules and regulations to be followed by their respective constituents to regulate behaviors and actions, to give clarification as to the organization’s goals and objectives.
