Rationale Laws are body of rules and regulations designed to govern the actions of men. It is considered as old as mankind. In today’s modern world, different people of different perspectives, opinions, belief and traditions are interacting with one another. More ideas are floating up in the air. Thus, people are much confused to whether what is right or wrong, as to where they will base their actions. Therefore, every organization or institution must set their specific policies, rules and regulations to be followed by their respective constituents to regulate behaviors and actions, to give clarification as to the organization’s goals and objectives. In the Philippines, all the rules and regulations that are existing and being implemented conform to the fundamental law of the land, which is the present 1987 ...

The biggest problem was that 50.61% of the respondents “do not have copy of the student handbook”, 46.91% concurred that “some provisions stated on the student handbook are ignored to execute by the University”, 44.44% says that “they do not have the interest to read”, 29.01% say that it “lacks further discussion or supporting details,” and 28.39% tells that it “lacks clarity of ideas.”
