Executive Summary White House private limited is a business which sells delicious and healthy cakes. We offer the products that have the reasonable prices and can be purchased by our target groups. We offer unique products that are Halal, beautiful in design cake and low in calorie. We found that the present community is stressful. Therefore, our shop is decorated in a comfortable environment design. With this, customers can enjoy the delicious cakes and also to reduce their stress in the comfortable environment. The business is runs in partnership between: Wong Si Mei, Sim Jia Ling, Lee Ming Fong, Cheng Poh Li, Ng Su Yin and Chua Bee Keow, in 31 December 2008. Business has been contributed by the six partners which the director contributed RM80, 000 and the each following partners have contributed RM24, 000 respectively. The main purpose of this business plan is to apply for loan from Public Bank to obtain additional financing of RM 200,000.00. Funding is needed for the renovation of White House and to buy tools and machinery equipment.
