Therefore, those strategies have been the most effective strategies applicable for Grupo Modelo in expanding their market. As many competitors fiercely fight for the market share, Global Modelo must ensure that they remain competitive in the industry. In addition to the current strategies, Grupo Modelo should be more proactive in the merger and acquisition strategies especially with the one involving Inbev and Anheuser-busch.
