However, this aspect of guilt is adopting a new meaning owing to the fact that child slave labor has dominated the talk in the African cocoa plantations which seems to be inevitable (Littrell et.al 1999). Canadians usually have a high preference of buying chocolate whereby a person can buy about 7 kilograms of chocolate per year according to statistics in the country (Bruner et al. 2000). The citizens of the country have to fret since the consumption of much chocolate can lead to fattening which becomes a health hazard (Doane 2001). The problem associated with this much consumption of chocolate is that; most of it is usually contaminated by slavery (Doane 2001).
