These institutional caregivers should spend some time with her, listening to her while trying to calm her in the process interpreting her needs and frustrations. Most of the care givers should try attempting to form a good relationship to improve trust. Families should involve themselves in a collaborative care which involves a shared care within the family members in the process they should remember the causes of the problems.
