Aspect of the free trade agreement are usually of great concert to the general business entity .The law governing business related crimes have technical legal rules that are extremely difficult to apply, with the result that too often many criminal trials are basically fair and are overturned since simple litigation is in a state of crisis (Dan, 374). The increases in the cost of legal services and the lack of effective access to legal system for the enormous majority of citizens, has created a disaster for the profession, the government and the judiciary. Major Law reforms concerning the incorporation of effective trade agreements and programs in attempt to reduce delays and costs are being seen to appear and go every seven or eight years.
