Anteprima della tesi: PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF A FIRM

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF A FIRM The significant role that is played by corporate governance in terms of assessing the valuation and the performance of a firm is an area that has lately received a lot of attention, and more so following the demise of some high profile firms that have been riddled with scandals, and an eventual collapse. All of these have been found to greatly incline towards the nature of the corporate governance of a firm.
