The paper has argued on the philosophies of Clausewitz and Moltke. Clausewitz has argued that despites the fact that we can succeed in war through use of various means; one can not expect outright defeat of the opponent while Moltke on the other hand says despite didn’t expect the opponent to survive the first line of contact.
