GTZ COMPUTERIZED REFUGEE REGISTRATION SYSTEM
GTZ is a non-governmental organization that deals with accommodation of refugees temporarily at the GTZ Accommodation Center, till they are dispatched to different places of residence. With the great advancement in technology, many routines are being automated with the use of computers, to make systems more efficient, fast and easy to use. The current registration system in GTZ is manual, hence slow and proves to be inefficient and ineffective. This has resulted in delays in processing of reports of the center and a lot of paperwork to be done. It is due to these limitations that GTZ needs a new registration system which is automated and efficient and one that will minimize these problems.
