MARRIAGES AND RELATIONSHIPS SEMINARS Marriage is a very important step in a person’s life. Marriage is a communal union or officially permitted contract between persons that creates relationship. It is an association in which interpersonal relations, generally intimate and sexual, are legally recognized, depending on the ethnicity or demographic. In the past, only heterosexual marriages were recognized as acceptable but this has changed with time. There are many cases of homosexual marriages though the former remains the most common type of marriage. Whatever the type of marriage, there is absolute need for relationship seminars before marriage. Currently, there has been an increase in the number of divorce and separation cases in all societies. This calls for an urgent action to reduce such cases and drive the society towards social order. Divorce or separation can result to an increase in many other social problems such as rape cases, school dropouts, poverty, theft, drug abuse and even suicide if no action is taken. One of the most effective methods of eliminating or reducing these social problems is calling people for relationship seminars before marriage.
