RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PHILOSOPHY AND TECHNOLOGY
The discipline of technology and that of science are two separate and different disciplines. These disciplines have ways in which they differ and those that they are similar with the process known as innovation that building a gap between them. The similarities between these disciplines bring forth harmony within the universe while their differences allow them to complement each other like the case where technology gets its input from science. This relationship between the discipline of technology and that of science has become an area of study for a number of researchers who try to find out how they relate and to what extent.

Each of the two disciplines tries to prove the importance of its areas of study through their resultant findings which tends to take them apart from each other. However, these disciplines contribute to establishment as well as advancement of each other which brings out the various ways in which these disciplines relate to each other (Gross, 1978 pp19).
