(Pojerk, Elma, 2008: Church at crossroads: The youth agenda)The function of youth ministry can never be understated in the present church setting .Its part of the core functions of the church. On whether the youth ministry is successful or not and also if it’s able to achieve the objectives of the church is a question that only respective churches and especially the communities, parents and youth who are the recipients of the teachings can answer, however, it’s worth noting that the youth is a very important group in the society.
