Introduction 1.0 Significance of the Study The research findings will help various groups, who include, but not limited to the following: The Management: This study will alert the management on factors that affect performance and will enable them to implement measures that will eliminate and/or reduce these factors in order to create a healthy working environment for the employees. The Staff: The staff morale will be boosted, besides their efficiency and effectiveness in delivering quality work.
