Benjamin I.Sports program can be a good channel for children to express their athleticism, sense of camaraderie with other people, teamwork and other virtues which are needed by them as they grow as matured individuals. As to the effect of competition, it is necessary to tell the kids that games should not be taken seriously as though it were life and death; it should be a means to develop healthy competition and friendship with other kids out there.
