COMPOSITION ON COPING WITH STRESS I was still sited at the farthest corner of the library after everyone else had left college. I had missed two papers the previous week because I had been hospitalized. I kept having these crazy nightmares that someone was coming to kill us. I was so scared. Too much pressure from school, home and the nightmares had made me suffer a panic attack. I could not concentrate in school and i had to take some time off until I felt better ...

... stress diary where I record how stressed am feeling and what causes the stress. I also record how I respond to the different levels of stress that I experience. I then analyze what causes me happiness and what stresses me. That way I am able to know how to deal with stressful factors in my life. Since I adopted these stress management skills, my life is much better. My brother has since come home from the hospital. His legs are doing well, and the panic attacks are now gone and I experience a freedom of my own. Life is good.

Nicely written. Explained thoroughly the person's experiences during his depressed time to the point of overtly expressing his thoughts and feelings. There was a reference so one can verify the certain points the authour wrote. I suggest this for college students who suffered from an emotional breakdown or of the realted affliction. It also showed how the author worked his way up to therapy.

Magnificent! Its very informative and relevant to readers who share the same form of distress.

Stress kills. Distress paralyzes. The good thing to do is sit back and relax. Simple but true.
