This has been a challenge for the hotel industry dealers who have to retrain their recruits in language proficiency skills since most of them do not speak. Employers in the hotel sector therefore have to incur additional costs in language training programs to allow workers to effectively perform their duties and interact with other employees or even understand hotel safety requirements.
