This paper discusses on two philosophers that is Plato and Nietzsche argument on belief. Plato believed in god while Nietzsche was against god as he condemns Christianity, therefore this essay brings out their views on religion at various aspects.

PLATO’S AND NIETZSCHE ARGUMENT ON BELIEF 1.0 INTRODUCTION During his life Plato shared many Christian beliefs with the Christian faith. He believed in a god who would is the Christian God in mast areas. He emphasized on knowledge and wisdom and believed in the immortal soul. In his analogies he used Paul to give his views on the ideal city. Plato gives a clear distinction between belief and action in his argument. He described that the original church was more concerned with action that belief. Plato gives a good example of how Paul addressed the congregations on actions to one another rather than denouncing acts over faith.
