Week 6 Summary Paper Organizational Changes
Change is inevitable. It surrounds us daily from the knowledge management aspects of a business that involve technology to the e-commerce and virtual worlds. Change directly impacts key stakeholders, but everyone involved needs to focus on the positive and find constructive ways to work through the negative issues concerning the change. Related to this, this paper focuses on an organizational change that my business will make in the near future by identifying the key stakeholders involved and explaining the impact the change will have on each of them. Next, the paper describes management approaches that will be implemented along with recommended steps of action I would advise for minimizing adverse impacts the change will have on the organization and the people involved. The paper also focuses on the systemic nature of the organization and discusses how the change will improve the effectiveness of the organization.

... them see past any fears about what they may be losing because of the changes coming, and I must implement strategies to derail resistance to the change. The bottom line is that improving must be continual in order for the business to succeed and remain open regardless of if that business is in a virtual world or a physical world.
