Nowadays, air travel is become a common way to help people to travel around the world, and there are more and more airline companies arise to serve people, the market thus become more competitive. In this case study, I will analysis four issues relate to air travel, they are discuss the air travel industry’s micro-environment, main forces in macro-environment, the factors that might be affecting a rise in air travel in Asia and the people who willing to pay extra for air travel perceive value and those who pay for low-price air carrier.
