Leadership can be defined as the ability to inspire, control and guide, motivate others (John p.79). It can also be defined as the ability to show way for others.
Leadership styles is defined as the way and approach in which the leader provides direction to the people, implement the organizational plans, and motivate the people in the organization. The main leadership styles include the autocratic style, democratic style, and free reign style (Birgit et al, p.348)

Herzberg’s motivation theory
This theory looks at the factors that lead to job satisfaction at job. These factors include achievement, recognition, responsibility and advancement Murray (p.479). There are also factors, which dissatisfy the subordinate such as the working conditions, salary supervision company policy and administration. The leader will apply leadership style that motivates the employee such as the democratic and the free reign.
