An Approach to Learning in Context Overview The scene is a hospital staff meeting. It is fifteen minutes after the starting time, and still the members have not turned their attention to the work at hand. The hospital administrator looks to the chief medical resident to get things started, but she is busy in conversation with one of the staff nurses about a patient treatment.
