Excuses as to why I was late, but the fact of the matter is that there is no excuse.   Being on time is very important.   When I am late it makes everyone else run behind which then makes all the soldiers eat late and have to wait.   And food is a very vital part of the army.   The soldier’s need their fuel in order better perform at their duty.   Not to mention that when everything is running behind and then we all have to end up staying later than we would have had to in the first place. ...

Accountability should always be taken serious not as a joke, and always give the right numbers and not trying to say that everyone is there and then finding out that the person is hurt and you gave a false report. Accountability for anything in the military is important because there is something always happening, that they need numbers
