This article has a purpose to briefly compare objection handling and methods of motivation in order to promote how leaders create successful organizational environment. Introduction part is giving some brief information’s and definitions regarding these two terms. In the further text I have analyzed objection handling and explained few methods that might be implemented to overcome those barriers. After that some possible approaches that leaders should use in order to motivate employees are described. In conclusion I have made certain comparison of mutual influence that these two terms have on each other

Managers must observe their workers throughout all process and try to find way how to decrease their level of dissatisfaction.
